1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GeoSpedition mobile application and related website (together, the “Service”), provided by:

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://geospedition.com/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) and able to form a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for complying with traffic laws and for driving safely. Do not interact with the app in a way that distracts you while driving. Navigation guidance is assistive only and may be inaccurate; always follow road signs, conditions, and applicable law.
3. The Service
GeoSpedition offers navigation-related features with gamification: route guidance, trip recording, virtual cargo selection, in-app rewards, statistics, achievements, and a leaderboard.
3.1 Virtual currency (₲)
- Earnings shown as ₲ (and related experience / ranks) are virtual game items with no cash value.
- ₲ is not real money, is not redeemable for cash, and creates no entitlement to payment, employment, or contractor compensation.
- We may change reward rates, products, levels, or game economy at any time.
- We may reverse or withhold rewards in case of fraud, abuse, technical error, or violation of these Terms.
3.2 Maps and third-party navigation
Maps, places search, and turn-by-turn navigation rely on Google services. Your use of those features is also subject to Google’s applicable terms (including Google Maps / Navigation SDK terms presented in the app where required).
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or are inactive for a prolonged period.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service while driving in an unsafe or illegal manner;
- falsify location, spoof GPS, manipulate routes, or otherwise cheat reward systems;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service except as allowed by mandatory law;
- harass others or misuse public features (e.g. offensive usernames on the leaderboard);
- use the Service for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and content (excluding your own user content you submit) are owned by GeoSpedition or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment and navigation assistance in accordance with these Terms.
7. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy: https://geospedition.com/privacy-policy
Location data is essential to core features (navigation, trip history, rewards). Without location permission, those features will not work.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that navigation will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law (including mandatory rights of consumers in the EU/EEA).
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEOSPEDITION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY), OR (B) EUR 50.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or intentional misconduct, where such exclusions are void).
Driving risk: You remain solely responsible for your vehicle and road behaviour. GeoSpedition is not liable for accidents, fines, or damages arising from distraction or reliance on navigation guidance.
10. Changes and termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material updates will be posted at https://geospedition.com/terms-of-service (and may be notified in-app). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires additional consent.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or stop providing the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that consumers in the EU/EEA retain mandatory protections of their country of residence.
